Lack of even an inkling of customer service. Purchased car in 2014. Had a service advisory warranty extension issue. They should have serviced my car while it was under 100k miles. Like when it spent a week there with 91k miles on it. Now car has issue and the dealership i purchased the car with a service plan and a warranty extension. Now their solution is i should pay more. Service I made appointment for 9 am and when I got there at 8:30 am there was a 2 1/2 hour wait? I do not appreciate waiting that long and practice of over I made appointment for 9 am and when I got there at 8:30 am there was a 2 1/2 hour wait? I was told I could use shuttle to take me somewhere but no one ever came to get me so I waited.
