You have a terrible service department. I'm going to start off by saying that I'm very grateful that Hyundai was willing to replace my engine under a recall even though I was over the extend I'm going to start off by saying that I'm very grateful that Hyundai was willing to replace my engine under a recall even though I was over the extended warranty for said recall. Now that that's been said I have been to your service center three separate times with two different vehicles each time I've gone there my experience has been terrible. your staff does not know how to pick up phones and make phone calls to inform their customers about the status of their vehicles. The service manager Dan White who helped me would like to assume that every single one of his customers isn't knowledgeable about vehicles and engines and how things work. I was fed Miss information about what was wrong with my vehicle to delay the fact that it wasn't ready. More

Their Courtesy Car driver drove me to nearest shopping mall and picked me up after service was completed; my car was also washed and vaccuumed when I returned, which was never offered at any NY dealetship. When I dropped off my car I was immediately greeted by Mike who was friendly and actually listened to my explanation of the car's problem. He then very clearly explained what they were going to do with the car to discover the cause of the trouble so that he could make his recommendations to me for the fix. When asked how much it would cost to just look at the car Mike told me he wasn't going to charge me just to look for an oil leak, which was very much appreciated by me! Thanks for being a straight shooter and a cool guy! More
