Had car for 2 years being in over six years. Sold a lemon I don't know what to do. Need stop lights promise to me over a year ago. Now got to pay $188. Now need a part costing $600. Can't afford it. Too Crazy Dropped car off and couldn’t find parking because the lot ia too small. Received a message to call back and when I did I was transferred to finance by Dropped car off and couldn’t find parking because the lot ia too small. Received a message to call back and when I did I was transferred to finance by mistake, then auto parts and when I finally was sent to the correct department was on hold for 23 minutes before I hung up. I ended up driving to the service department to find out about my car. When I got there 4 people were behind the counter and no one said hello or be right with you. The manager finally walked by and asked if I was being helped. When I said no he told one of the guys to help me but that was after the giy finished messing around with papers. Very poor service and probably won’t be back. More

Horn problem I went to have my horn fixed unfortunately the part is out of my budget however, Eugene said he would shop around for me and I believe him because he’ I went to have my horn fixed unfortunately the part is out of my budget however, Eugene said he would shop around for me and I believe him because he’s helped me on another issue I had and got it resolved. He is definitely a man of his word. He is there to help however he can. He is amazingly nice, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He’s the go to guy. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my issue resolved but even if I don’t I could at least say he did his very best to help. More
