Who needs a Jiffy Lube? Amicable and awesome staff! I was greeted right away by the service advisor. I did not have an appointment, but still got my oil changed in no time at Amicable and awesome staff! I was greeted right away by the service advisor. I'll Never Go Back to This Dealership! I waited three hours for an oil change. You are under-staffed and I was told that I needed 4 additional maintenance work on my vehicle, all of which I waited three hours for an oil change. You are under-staffed and I was told that I needed 4 additional maintenance work on my vehicle, all of which they were already completed at the Newport Ritchie location to months ago. I came to the Brandon location only because I recently relocated to Brandon. But I will never go back to that location. I will drive the extra hour to go back to the Newport Ritchie location. When I inquired if my car could get washed and have the rugs Vacuumed, I was told that I had to pay $17.95. Meanwhile, the Newport Ritchie location does not charge at all. I will not be back to Brandon HYUNDAI. More

Why did I make an appointment This will be the second time I used this service department the fist time I waited 3 hours for an oil change. This time I made an appointment it was a This will be the second time I used this service department the fist time I waited 3 hours for an oil change. This time I made an appointment it was at 10:00am for an oil change and a car wash. At 11:30am I asked one of the service men how much longer it was going to be and he was I would say rude and said I had to ask someone else. So my vehicle that I just purchased from you guys was finally done at 11:45am. At the beginning I did mention that my back latch did not work and the service man told me that I would have to come back because you didn’t have the part in stock and told me it would be another 1 1/2 hours he then told me where my car was and it wasn’t parked there, I obviously found it. But it didn’t end there the car wash that my brand new car was given left spots all over the window, when I got home I got Wendex and I tried to clean them but the water spots on some of the windows would not clean off I don’t know if it’s beacause they dried or what. I guess overall I’m disappointed in how I was treated I waited 1:45 mins for an oil change and a terrible car wash. More
