Had an oil change I had my complimentary oil change, and they washed my car, just didn't vacuum it out. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, clean waiting area, excellent coffee bar, my only complaint would be that I didn't have anyone meet me outside in the service drop off, so I didn't know exactly where to go or who to speak with, and the parking lot is horrible. Seems to be narrow with lots of pot holes and a mix of customers and inventory cars scattered everywhere. More

Have no idea what I paid for. Scheduled to bring my car in on a Monday am. No response from service advisor until after 5. No work done all day Tuesday. There was no follow up. Not the same since change of ownership. I had been fully satisfied for the last 6 1/2 years. Not so much now. More

Disappointed, My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. Th My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. The woman in service department said no problem they would put 3 new ones on, and there would be no charge. When they said the car was done my son noticed that it had not been done. Also when my son went to just and make sure there was windshield wiper fluid in my car, he was very surprised how much he had to put into it, to fill it up. It is small things, but I thought these were all part of the service taking it to the dealership. I could easily take my car on my lunch hour in my area, but thinking using you I would have had better maintenance. What I could have done in about 1-2 hour. Takes up about 3 hours turn around. Plus driving 25 minutes both ways. This is why I feel they just don't care. Disappointed. More

Very Dissatisfied Customer Poor service, lack of respect for customer. No diagnostic test run causing car to break down next day. My key was damaged. Every time I go in I get treated like dirt. The last time Corey was super kind at pick up which is why I made the apt with him. For unknown reasons I was reassigned to Mario. He does not know how to treat customers. I am not happy. If I can’t get Corey will not come back period. Not sure what the problem is but I recommend some serious customer service training to start. No customer should have to be treated the way I was. I chose to buy a Hyundai. Trust me there is a choice out there. More
