Eugene makes you feel you are in the best hand while making sure your service is conducted within the agreed timelines. He will make sure you are taken care of by rearranging a drop off on shuttle while the service is being conducted or but having a nice (not forced) conversation while waiting for the service to be completed. Cant get around dealership!!! I have to backup twice to let others out. Couldnt find a place to park to drop off the car. The adviser was very nice and got are service done in I have to backup twice to let others out. Couldnt find a place to park to drop off the car. The adviser was very nice and got are service done in a timely manner. If we need service again for are cars will come back under stress of getting around dealership. So only warranty work at your dealership. Yes you need cars to sell but we as customers need places to get in and out for cars to be serviced. We cant come back to have our two Hyundais with oil changes because it is very difficult to get around your dealership. The new owners have made it worst to get around then before at least we had two lanes and few cars around service. Curtis and Eileen Carlson More
