Too cluttered This facility is far to cluttered to provide a good experience. There are cars EVERYWHERE which makes it hard to get in, park, and get out. As a resul This facility is far to cluttered to provide a good experience. There are cars EVERYWHERE which makes it hard to get in, park, and get out. As a result of the clutter, the place appears disorganized. Also, the number of people working to take in Saturday morning traffic was laughable. Since cars were parked everywhere, there was a single file line feeding in to service. Those cars had to be moved forward one car at a time by a porter, but could only move forward one or two car lengths. In other words, the minimal staff were wasting time rearranging the clutter. Ownership or management need to look at this place from a customer perspective and make some serious changes. I would never go here if it weren’t closest to my home, and when I have time, I do travel elsewhere. More

Long wait but nice waiting area I was able to get in for an appointment within two days to find out why my 2-year-old Tucson had the check engine light on. However, it took a rather I was able to get in for an appointment within two days to find out why my 2-year-old Tucson had the check engine light on. However, it took a rather long time to be given an answer for why the light was on, given I did have an appointment. After an hour and a half wait, I was told to bring the car back when I have less gas in the tank so a pressure test could be performed to find a fumes leak. No problem, but will I be spending even longer next time to have it fixed? More

The shop foreman took the time twice to explain about the repair. My car was fixed in a reasonable time. They have washed it all three times which is great. Leaving this time was easy. Problem fixed now the opposite problem I have been in 2 times for my window not going down. Today my window will not go up. This is absolutely crazy. Of course you don't open until 8:30. I have a meeting this morning where I was to drive 3 people???? When I had it devices on Thursday 4 people were complaining about the service department. Two other people left because of the service. There are so many vehicles in the way when you try to gain access. They give you your keys and you have to try to find your car and drive out of that got mess. I don't know who worked on the car. More
