Very difficult to deal with or contact I brought my car in for a recall repair and have my steering looked at because it was making a clicking sound. The recall was done almost immediately. But the steering took a couple of days, in which I was calling and leaving messages to find out the price and what needed to be done. Nobody would call me back, and I was without a car for 3 days! The WORST part was getting pulled over on the way home because my brake lights had suddenly gone out! They were working when I brought the car in, because I followed my husband down to the dealership and was behind him all the way, and they were working then. More

Terrible customer service I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership and the customer service is worse than ever. It’s very disorganized when you pull up to the service area now . The young men working outside were rude and disrespectful the only saving on service was Pete I’m very disappointed. As well they used to wash your car after service and not any more I am sorry I actually purchased with my vehicle the service plan as I now have no choice but to continue to come to this location. I live in plant city and very easily could have gone to Lakeland and very sorry that I didn’t. Also Mario tried to help me and listen to my complaints More

No customer service. First off, I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment but got checked in 15 minutes late. The service dept. was over booked. According to them they were not in charge of the booking of service, that is was farmed out and was automated. Once I was checked in I was told it would be about two hours before they could look at my car, four hours later it was still sitting in line to be looked at. My appointment was for 9 am, I decided I would not wait so I got a rental. At this time of the afternoon it was not going to be checked out and I would have to wait til Monday for a "tech" to look at it. After talking with one of the assistant service managers we came to the conclusion that it would more than likely be an issue with the transmission. They do not do any work on transmissions, they only replace them. All the ones they put in are rebuilt with only a 12000 mile warranty and cost $2400 dollars. The other thing is my wife was there, very upset since it was her car, she didn't catch it but the manager says to me"Just between us two men here is what the deal is". This is proving the stereo type garage. Over all, the problems I incurred were due to the laziness and incompetency of management. You don't want to pay for real mechanics alright, but don't call yourself a service center/department. My wife is fortunate that I have mechanical skills and knowledge so your dealership did not rip her off. If your dealership can not look at a car the same day is is scheduled to be looked at then don't put out like you are even going to try to give some type of service. More

Hours long wait I made an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived on time. I was greeted in the service drive and was guided inside. I walked into an office of busy workers and was directed to the waiting area. An hour later I was still waiting. I went to check the status of my car and saw that it was still sitting in the service drive, 3 cars back. I was told it would be a while. Frustrated, I asked for my keys back and left. I wasted an hour of my day and left without getting my oil changed. More
