Worst experience I have had with a dealership, ever! When I leased my Santa Fe from this dealership, I purchased a full service plan with it. So I called early this week and got an appointment for the first service on my car. The appointment was at 1 PM on Thursday, and I got there 15 min before my appointment and got my car registered. I waited over an hour and my car had not even been taken into the back for service and it appeared there were at least 4 or 5 more cars in front of me. No one told me to expect a delay! No one told me the appointment made absolutely no difference! Needless to say I was not happy, I demanded my car back, left the dealership (never to return!), and had the service performed at another service station at my own cost!. In addition to leasing my current car, I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership in the past 10 or 15 years: 3 Elantras and one Sonata. I did not expect poor service as I had always gotten excellent service from this dealership, but that, obviously, was in the Past!! More

Headlight out Hi, my headlight went out. I called Corey and he had me in the next day. He goes above and beyond and grateful he can deal with me last minute & squee Hi, my headlight went out. As things go wrong Corey is the only person and service advisor I call. I appreciate him going above and beyond every time I bug him with my car. Hopefully soon I will get a newer car. More
Horrible experience Showed up for my scheduled 10 a.m. appointment, no where to park the car there were so many cars. They said i would need to drop off the car, i could because i was going out of town when finished. I was told we will get to you as soon as possible. When it was completed they handed my keys and said here you go. My car was down the block at their other dealership. They ran it through their car wash, didn’t dry it off, left it unlocked with all of my personal belonging in it. Horrible experience!!!!! More

No communication Had my appointment at 8am was acknowledged at 8:30. I called at 2pm, 2:45, 3:30 because call centers could not get anyone from service dept to tell me if the car was done or get me a shuttle back. Finally I was able to get a hold of service dept on my last call and they sent a shuttle for me at 4pm. I was stuck in traffic for the next 1.5 hours. Horrible experience. More

Had to search for my car before I could leave.I initially asked for an estimate on having my cracked dash replaced. Must have fallen on deaf ears. When I questioned the omission was sort of brushed aside. I have been contemplating a new car in the fall. I thought it might be interesting to look around the showroom. NO CARS! Only tables and chairs.. I really do like my Hyundai and still may consider another in the future.But there is absolutely no way Brandon Hyundai will get my business. To put it bluntly, the place is a mess; cars all over the place.No one seems to care about the customer. More
Frequent flyer I’m at the dealer monthly to get an oil change and if I need work done or maintenance at times. They are normally pretty quick and receptive.
