First time average only It took over a 1/2 hour in line waiting to get checked in and then only when I went to the service mgr to see what was going on as it was well after m It took over a 1/2 hour in line waiting to get checked in and then only when I went to the service mgr to see what was going on as it was well after my 1:00 appt. The most disappointing thing was that they took care of two cars that were behind me and still didn't acknowledge that I was sitting there waiting. In fairness this was my first experience like this and I hope it to be the last. Once they finally got me in, the service was excellent. More

We were instructed on the process of getting it there and even received a follow up call from them to insure all was well. Dan White was excellent. He made sure he spoke to either myself or my wife through the entire process. Even saved us a few bucks. The only hiccup was that getting a hold of a service person on a Saturday was extremely difficult but the lady that answered the phone kept at it till I was successful. More
