Unimpressed It took a week for someone to look up my warranty information and get back to me. When I dropped my car off, I wasn't even asked for my name. And when I came to pick it up, I was handed my key and paperwork... no explanation of the part being ordered or that someone would call when it came in, no thank you for choosing Brandon, and he didn't even point to where my car was. Very unprofessional, impersonal, and cold. More

Reacalls thru service center I received a text to review this dealership, and each time I tried to access the survey, it said “oops!” Not here. So I figured out how to write A review on my own, because they really deserve one. Most people only take a minute to write a review when it’s bad news. My experience with them to have my recalls performed was nothing but great! They took me in promptly when I arrived, I got there a little early so that I could get in quickly. It’s been a week now so I don’t remember my service writers name, could have been Brad or John, but he was excellent and friendly. They made a new service waiting room which was very comfortable, they provided Wi-Fi, and a very large TV. I waited a little over an hour, and he came in had me sign the paperwork and had my car ready to go for me. They were all very friendly and kind. I would say this was excellent service!
