I would give it 0 starts if possible. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and the brakes were making noise. I called several times and could not get an answer until I finally selected the sales option. The gentleman I spoke with told me to bring the car back and they would detail it but I had other commitments to attend to. I made an appointment for a software update that took 5 hours and the car wasn't updated. I pull up to my driveway and noticed my rear bumper had scratches on it. I go in another day to update vehicle and speak to a service manager about the scratched bumper, they were looking at video but ultimately giving me the runaround. They wanted to put me in a rental to update my car, I told them I'm not going to leave my car here for 1 or 2 days while you have careless employees driving it. Made another appointment this time I'll wait. I pull in for my appointment and my advisor Chad Trombley says they can't update the software because of issues with the site, so I asked to speak to a manager about the scratches on my bumper which they were supposed to give me an update about. Chad took it upon himself to look at the video of me pulling in the previous week and showed me a picture with my car having scratches on the bumper, only 1 problem with that he didn't ask the time my appointment was last week and he found my car in 2 minutes. I told him this picture you just took is from me pulling in right now. His dishonesty is quite disturbing. At this point I don't want to have anything to do with Brandon Hyundai. I'm quite over it, but on my way out I asked the manager any update about the scratches on my car and he said he doesn't know what the other manager 's conclusion was. He was totally unhelpful, had no interest in helping me out in the matter. I will never recommend anybody go there. Do yourself a favor and go any other Hyundai dealership. It is and has been such a bad experience the last 4 years going there. More
