No communication I made an appointment for a simple oil change and dropped the car off at 8am. All they asked for was my phone number. By 2pm, I had not heard anythin I made an appointment for a simple oil change and dropped the car off at 8am. All they asked for was my phone number. By 2pm, I had not heard anything and called. After 3 calls I was never able to get an update. I showed up just before 5pm and had 3 people looking for my car. The service director, Michael, came out of his office to help and finally I was told that my car was done early in the day and there was obviously a miscommunication. He also told me that my brakes were wearing down. At that point, I was not charged for the oil change and when I asked for the paperwork, I was told that it would be mailed to me. To date, I have not received it. Michael gave me a coupon for another free oil change and tire rotation, but I don't have any confidence that my experience will be any different. This is the 3rd time that I've used this dealership and the 3rd time I've had a similar experience, although this one was the worst. Something is broken in their system. When you call, it is obvious that the people answering the phone are not in the building and are at the mercy of those that are, but they don't return calls. I hope they fix it but I don't think I'll be back. More

I was also told that the service department was open until 6pm. I never received a call regarding my car - not with recommendations or when it was complete. I started calling for updates at 3:30pm and had to leave a message for an advisor to call me back - which never happened. I called again at 4:30 and once again was asked to leave a message. I finally just decided to go back up there at 5pm. When I arrived, all of the service advisors had already left for the day and one of the technicians along with one of the sales guys had to track down my paperwork and keys. There was also a note on the paperwork that I had declined the recommended services - even though I never received a call regarding these recommendations. This was by far the worst service I have ever had when taking a vehicle to a dealership for service. More

Wait Wait and Wait 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is Somewhat ridiculous, but it that is awesome so be it. Poor customer service Trying to call the actual service desk to make an appointment and to ask questions was nearly impossible. The only good thing about the service area was a worker named Corey who exceeded expectations but giving us extra information about my warranty. When I picked up my car after an oil change, some worker told me to go get my car and never told me where. When I asked him, he pointed to my car that was completely squished between two other vehicles. I went over and it was impossible to get my car out. I went back inside and told them the problem and some worker asked me how squished was it. Was it a peanut butter jelly sandwich squished or a turkey cheese squished. I just wanted some help. A third worker noticed the situation and had to push another car out of the way so mine could be moved. I hate this dealership and I hate that I have to do my service checks here. I will be calling my warranty dealer to have everything removed so I do not have to go back. There are too many cars at this place... It's chaotic and no where to park. More
Before the new Arrangements the service center was a more pe There's a lot of inexperienced new people I miss the old crew they where a lot more personal and they got the job done I recently bought my brand new There's a lot of inexperienced new people I miss the old crew they where a lot more personal and they got the job done I recently bought my brand new KONA to have a light bulb replaced even after making an appointment then come to find out that they didn't even have the light in stock because of such a new car I was told they were going to order a new light that was last Friday I haven't heard anything back as far as when I can come in and replace the light and this is just one incident and I'm talking about as far as so many new people you just don't get a personal touch anymore. More
