Too Crazy Dropped car off and couldn’t find parking because the lot ia too small. Received a message to call back and when I did I was transferred to finance by mistake, then auto parts and when I finally was sent to the correct department was on hold for 23 minutes before I hung up. I ended up driving to the service department to find out about my car. When I got there 4 people were behind the counter and no one said hello or be right with you. The manager finally walked by and asked if I was being helped. When I said no he told one of the guys to help me but that was after the giy finished messing around with papers. Very poor service and probably won’t be back. More

My tire had gotten a nail in it, and I had it towed by Bluelink (an excellent towing service that arrived This particular experience was pretty good. My tire had gotten a nail in it, and I had it towed by Bluelink (an excellent towing service that arrived in a very quick 20 minutes) to the Brandon Hyundai dealership. It was after hours when it got there, but they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning despite being over booked. So that was great, and they replaced the tire and the shuttle service arrived on time. The service advisors are also friendly enough. However the reason I gave it 4 stars is because you can't really get ahold of the service advisors since it's so busy all the time. In general it's too busy of a location but they can't control that completely. Maybe get more service advisors since they're always very busy. Also I didn't like how they initially assumed I wanted the most expensive tire they sold for my car, when a reasonable tire costed half as much. My honest advice is that you guys start giving people their different options rather than just throwing the most expensive one at them. That's a dealership-cliche-type move to take advantage of your customers. $182 for a single tire is way too much for a standard car, especially when there's tires that are under $100. Any knowledgeable car repair shop could tell you that. But overall the experience was good, quick, and efficient thus far. More

Thieves I have been taking my 5 vehicles to Brandon Hyundai for many many years for service. I have patronized this dealership with the purchase of 2 new Sona I have been taking my 5 vehicles to Brandon Hyundai for many many years for service. I have patronized this dealership with the purchase of 2 new Sonatas. I go here about every 3 weeks for my service needs. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! My last visit was Tuesday 11/27/18 to have them fix a headlight issue that they told me they fixed on 11/26/18. little did I know that as I sat in their waiting room, soneone on the service drive was going thru my glovebox/ center counsel, steeling from me. Yes, cash money was stolen from my vehicle. I immediately went to the GM in his office and showed my empty wallet, to which he replied to his staff, “take him to the service dept and get with Mike”. As I was talking with Mike, my service advisor (Cory) steps to the service drive, and throws his hands in the air, and says “I did’nt do it Mr _____”. During our short conversation, Cory stated that he was the only person in my vehicle. Humm. After reading previous reviews today, I see where I am not the first or only one that has has personal areas being gone thru, in their car. Oh and by the way, other incidents happened under the direction on the same service sdvisor. 11/5/18 shows that a review written by “HECTOR________” will never return either. Side Bar: I was told that this has never happened before by both Service Dir as well as Corporate office. Again I say Humm. I filed a police report, the GM never responded or reached out to me and I contacted their Corp office. I got my money replaced after having to tell them vs a voucher for future services. We will see if the corp office gets a call back to me....... My advice, stay away from this place. I was so loyal for so long and spoke so highly of them. I will continue to speak about this place only in a different manner. Everyone will hear about how I was robbed. More
