Completely unsatisfied. Dropped my car off at the dealership to replace an alternator and it’s sat there for days with no communication from the dealership whatsoever. They replaced parts that were under warranty and they informed me before I agreed to the work that they would give me the parts back so I could get refunded for those parts. When I went to pick up my car, they informed me they accidentally threw the parts out and offered me no compensation for the hundreds of dollars they cost me. I would never use this dealership for any type of service. More

I had to travel multiple times for issue to be fixed. Parts were ordered but that was not the right part. Then someone called on weekend to drop vehicle on Monday but seems like part was not arrived yet. Parts were ordered but that was not the right part. Incredibly long wait times, coutsey shuttle takes forever and apparently only 3 lender vehicles.
