I had an appointment for 9:30 am for an Oil Change. I waited in the drive in area for 10 minutes before a service advisor came out to see what I wanted. They took my SUV and told me to go. After 2 hours I went to the service advisor Donnie and asked him to check on my car. He said it usually takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. I said it was 2 hour’s already He went to the service area and then they changed the oil and filter. I waited Two and a Half hours for a simple oil change. That is terrible service as far as I am concerned. More

I waited 3 hours at the dealership after making an appointment for my mandatory safety recall. I was offered a simple diagnosis for another issue for almost $200. They have very poor communication skills. They do not check in on the customer if they have gone over their promise time. The service desk workers act like they do not want to do their job.
