The worst experience I’ve ever had, just getting a routine oil and filter change. I will never go to this location again. I made an appointment for 10:30 am and my car was still not serviced after noo routine oil and filter change. I will never go to this location again. I made an appointment for 10:30 am and my car was still not serviced after noon.. no one told me they were backed up until noon and because I needed to leave, they decided to rush my oil change, didnt inspect anything on my vehicle and had me leave without putting my air filter in.. I drove to Sarasota and received a call that I needed to come back ASAP and when I returned, they were going to put my old filter back in the car, even though my initial appointment was for a oil change and filter replacement with a full vehicle inspection..
