I don’t understand how you can offer a 7am appointment and the Technicians is not even present until maybe 7:30am. I just needed to get my sisters car battery swapped out because it died the evening befor and the Technicians is not even present until maybe 7:30am. I just needed to get my sisters car battery swapped out because it died the evening before. The battery was under warranty and we had it jumped by Hyundai Roadside Assistance/AAA. I worked down the street so I offered to take it for her for the replacement. I took the available 7am appointment and was the only one there for a bit. I figured it should take an hour or less to take care of and I wouldn’t have been very late for work. I don’t understand how it’s takes 2:30 hours to swap out a battery and I was the first customer for the day. My sister had a bad experience last time she was at the Service Department as well maybe less than a month ago. At this rate we wouldn’t want to come back to this Service Department any more. I was told by the service advisor that she would email me the receipt since I was in a rush to get to work. I agreed but my sister has yet to receive the receipt/paperwork regard the service/replacement of the battery More
I came to the dealership to have my passenger side headlight bulb changed and I was told that I have to pay 1 hour Diag fee to see what’s wrong with it. So I went to Crown Hyundai in Pinellas Park an headlight bulb changed and I was told that I have to pay 1 hour Diag fee to see what’s wrong with it. My first courtesy service experience was very poor. The service consultant was not helpful. I selected the Rent a Car option when I booked the service online - No rental or shuttle service was provided. I service consultant was not helpful. My car still has the service reminder on after the car was serviced. I am looking for another dealership to reset it. The service department did not meet my basic expectations. More
