I spent 3 hours waiting on an oil change. I had to find my car to see if it was finished. Once I saw it was completed the associate that was helping me was too busy to get me checked out so the manager di my car to see if it was finished. I can not complain about my service but I avoid using the service due to the high cost. I am also dislike the location of the service center. Was contacted by Hyundai via email that an oil change was due. The car had 5000+miles on it and upon arriving I was told that the oil change does not occur until 7500 miles. The service person acknowledged that they don’t send out the emails but apparently this happens and would like it if the sales people would communicate this. He was able to clear the car for the service. I wondered how people would feel being turned away after making arrangements to come etc. I overheard someone else experience the same. The whole experience took 2 !/2 hrs. Tire rotation was done as well. The time seemed excessive. I used the ladies room while I waited and found it to be dirty in appearance. It left me feeling like this dealership was lacking something considering they are selling a high end products as considerable cost. The car was washed as part of the service but not vacuumed out? I thought this would be included. In the end, I happen to notice the car parked and had to go in and ask for it to leave. I am wondering if the 3 yr. warranty allows you to get service at any dealership? We also purchased an extended warranty. More

Setting up the appointment was a breeze; once there, Harold took care of everything and explained the extra stuff my car needed (a service my Tucson. Service took a bit longer than I expected but it was one of the comprehensive ones, and considering the extra stuff, it makes sense they took their time. All in all, great experience.
