I do use Brandon Hyundai for service often primarily because my experience there is under whelming. This time new tires and oil change. Service advisor was courteous and professional. After leaving the dealership I checked tire pressure to find it set at 40 psi. Should be 35. Confirmed with service department the correct pressure, reset myself. I dropped off my car based on the appointment at 8:30 on Friday but the tech did not touch it till Friday evening and notified on Saturday morning that it is ready. When I picked it up, the car wasn’t even Friday but the tech did not touch it till Friday evening and notified on Saturday morning that it is ready. When I picked it up, the car wasn’t even washed. Later on identified that the service reminder timer was not even reset. I am doubtful that if any service was done at all. Onboard computer is still showing service overdue. More
