I brought my trk in with a xx engine light. they said it was a miss engine fire cylinder 2 .I very upset cause all they did was put the light out.then I was told I need a frt alignment and steer they said it was a miss engine fire cylinder 2 .I very upset cause all they did was put the light out.then I was told I need a frt alignment and steering wheel shaking.that really pissed me off cause there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and I brought it in for my engine misfire which I believe is more important.what really amazed me was the big screen on the back wall was showing every car that came in the service door needs severe alignment.now common sense would tell u something isn't rt.i brought my truck to be fixed and said take ur time and do it rt. The whole process and communication was rude, condescending and unimpressive. I would never go back there to buy a car or service a car, ever.
