My service experience this time was better than the previous. I scheduled my appt and was there 15 minutes prior to...just to be told 50 minutes later that my appt was being canceled as no service tech previous. I worked with Delbert, he was very helpful and kept me updated with what was happening with my car. Everyone seemed friendly and professional. Even though the wait was long, I had Wi-Fi and coffee to hold updated with what was happening with my car. Everyone seemed friendly and professional. I had a bad experience with this dealership. My bad experience started October 22, 2021 when I had to leave my car because my engine light came on plus its was recall to update the software of t My bad experience started October 22, 2021 when I had to leave my car because my engine light came on plus its was recall to update the software of the engine it took them 2 days to call me back and once they called me back I was informed I need a new engine no cost to me because Hyundai Corp office will pay for the engine. They told me it will 4 to 6 weeks to replace my engine. The dealership had no loaners they placed me on the waiting list for the loaner car. On December 11. 2021 thats when I got a loaner car. On January 10, 2023 my car was ready for pick-up. On March 29, 2022 my car started doing the same thing before I got the new engine. I dropped the car off to the dealship and on March 30, 2022 they stated my car was ready and they had to rescan and restart the Crank sensor. I picked up my car on March 30, 2022 5 miles from the dealership my car stop I started back up and the engine light came back on plus it was doing the same thing before got my new engine. I had my car tow back to the dealership, now they saying I needed the Crank Sensor replaced and it's not covered under the new engine the advisor stated it's going to cost 486.99 the advisor stated he going to speak with his manager to see if they can help with the cost. I feel they should have covered at least half of the cost they only help with 116.00. I have one more year my car will be paid off going to trade it I WILL NEVER OWNED A HYUNDAI VECHILE AGAIN. THIS WAS WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE More
