Bear in mind I have been a customer of Brandon Hyundai for over six years now and never expected to be done dirty by y’all!! Because I was told that the job that needed to be done was $600 and something dollars but They could discount me at $445 for more work to be done than needed!! come to find out all it was was a loose clamp on a hose which I had brought my car two mos prior with the exact same issue and they said they fixed it (loose clamp) THIS TIME I WAS TOLD IT WAS ALOT MORE… When I decided not to get my car serviced at the dealership and take it to another mechanic I was charged $196 diagnostic fee… FOR A WRONG DIAGNOSIS The diagnostic they gave me was completely different and the dealership just was trying to get money out of me. I took it to another mechanic I literally paid for the price of antifreeze which I went to the store and bought myself and he put it in. When I went to the dealership to ask for at least part of the $196 back I was told they wouldn’t refund me anything but give me $100 credit on my account for future services at the service center… Other than my free oil change that I get because I have a extended warranty I don’t think I want to take my car to Brandon Hyundai Again Service Center, Brandon Hyundaii Service center again and I most definitely will tell everybody about my experience! More
The only good thing was the ashen that helped me from front to end. The rest MAJORLY STINKS! No courtesy car, shuttle offered only once (25 minutes after I got there) and just one way. Told me an oil change would take 30 mins on the phone and when I got there it took 3 hours. The place was empty so it’s not like they were busy with other cars, my car was first in line for 2 and a half hour when I got there it took 3 hours.
