i had a horrible experience. I made a 9:55 am appointment for a simple oil change. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait and no option for a shuttle was given. The indoor waiting area was closed so everyone had to wait outside or in their camper. The camper was not an option long due to storm winds causing it to shake a lot and the awning on the side ended up breaking and falling. When those waiting announced concern that the awning would continue to break and hit them or their cars, none of the workers seemed to care. More
