Took my truck to get my bumper looked at and a lightbulb change in my headlight called several times no one answered finally got a ride up there to go and pick up my vehicle because I had received a text sa change in my headlight called several times no one answered finally got a ride up there to go and pick up my vehicle because I had received a text saying that it was complete it got to the location to not only found out that my car was not completed but a whole Nother service was done on my car I was given a oil change even though I was just a previous date Leadare two weeks ago for an oil change and the problem that was supposed to be fix which was the bumper in the headlight I’ll need a headlight was replace not the bumper and I got a oil change that was not needed. After I advise the advisor that my car should not have had an oil change also it’s not even complete it he advise me oh he’s not gonna charge me for it duh. Why would I be charged for something I already had plus did not ask for so now here I am still waiting for the part which was supposed to be ordered a bumper for my truck and no one still has contacted me and but yeah I get a text message asking me to do a survey so here you go really love the service until all this construction went on and it just went to xxxx More
The appointment system is well organized. I arrived on time and left as expected. The clerk was very professional and honest. Had an 8:20am appointment for my initial oil change for my 2022 Santa Cruz. I waited over 3 hours. Unfortunately the "Service Required" indicator was not reset and the low windshield washer fluid indicato my 2022 Santa Cruz. I waited over 3 hours. Unfortunately the "Service Required" indicator was not reset and the low windshield washer fluid indicator is still coming on...which means to me that it was not filled. Waited three hours and the fluid was not replenished. Makes me wonder what else was not done. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. This is my first Hyundai... I expected better. More
