Service was great upon arrival. Whoever helped me was kind and the process was easy. But upon coming back to pick up my car, it was a nightmare. I didn’t really know where to go and sat for a long time with the dealership staff just staring at me behind glass walls. Eventually a man approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was needing and he told me to go to the service department, but I didn’t know really where that was. My first time visiting this dealership for service, it was different and much more simple… everything appeared to be on the right side of the building and someone was there from the service department to help. This time, everything was on the left side and nobody was there to assist. After speaking to the gentleman, I followed his direction as he guided me where to go… just to stand in front of a series of desks with no help. There were several staff there, but nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I eventually approached one man and told him that I was there to get my car. He rudely asked me who the person was that helped me when I first came earlier in the day. I told him that I didn’t know the name but indicated that it was the guy in the red shirt. The man brushed me off and told me to see that guy… despite that guy already being busy. But, I followed his word and waited for the guy in red. When I was able to get to him, he too was a rude and barley said anything. He just basically threw the paper at me and told me someone will bring my car in a moment. Everyone here was rude and it was not an enjoyable experience. I will not likely bring my car back here. More

I love that the lounge offers coffee and snacks and is a comfortable space to wait for my vehicle. More
