Came in at 7:30AM left at 10:40. I got a regular oil change and a patch on 1 tire. The wait was ridiculous. This service was an absolute disaster. It took four hours to replace a lightbulb. Even though when I checked in, I told them that there is a sealant issue in the last time I was there they It took four hours to replace a lightbulb. Even though when I checked in, I told them that there is a sealant issue in the last time I was there they said it’s gonna be a warranty problem and they will have to fix the sealant. There was zero communication during it. I had an appointment and they didn’t work on my car for almost 2 hours then they gave me my car back and didn’t give me my keys. My son missed a doctor appointment and a private lesson for baseball. I was charged over $110 in late cancellation fee fees due to this disastrous service. I’m still livid about it. More
Made appointment at noon left my car and took my wife to lunch returned in a hour. Waited for more than 3 hours and Jeff saw that I had been waiting for hours with no work being done. I asked numerous times lunch returned in a hour. Waited for more than 3 hours and Jeff saw that I had been waiting for hours with no work being done. I asked numerous times for an update but nothing was done. Spoke to a manager and he basically said that’s the service you get for dropping your car off and returning in a hour. Had they explained that the policy is that if you drop car off even if you return in a hour your service will not be prioritized. No attempt by either manager nor Jeff to remediate basically just wanted for me to leave. Terrible service ever. More
