My advisor was Camillo Renard & he did a stellar job of keeping me informed, even though I was upset. A week prior, we came into the service center to have a recall issue fixed. We picked a time, checked our schedules & asked again if 90 minutes was good as we had other appointments that day. We were assured of the time it would take. Well, those assurances were soon out the window as it took well over two hours. Very disappointing & it resulted in a knock-on impact that disrupted the rest of our day. It's stuff like this that makes one distrustful of dealerships. More

I received this survey after getting two random texts stating my car was in service when it was not (I was driving it after the time). When I do come here, service is always backed up, the parking lot is stating my car was in service when it was not (I was driving it after the time). When I do come here, service is always backed up, the parking lot is an absolute mess, and there is nowhere for customers to sit and wait because the entire building is under construction. On the bright side, I have worked with Faten Dik and she has been great. More
