Well the service request started off rough. I dropped my car off Sunday during off hours with no schedule. I called Monday morning to talk to someone but no one was available. left message but I dropped my car off Sunday during off hours with no schedule. I spoke to someone and they indicated my car was not checked out yet. they indicated they would put my car I'm next and was goingbto update me later. Hours later no response. I texted before closing hours and no response till after hours stating they were getting quote together but still no info on the issue. the next morning I followed up and finally was able to get answers and a quote. I was able to let them know of warranty coverage and this helped out with my repair cost. The negative part is that I had to wait several more days to get the part. in short I was without my car for practically a week. between slow start and waiting on parts bthat was the main reason why no 5 stars was giving More
