My daughter had damaged her tire late at night and we contact Faten she made arrangement for the car to be towed and picked up at zero cost utilizing Hyundai roadside assistance and the tire warranty that we had purchased. Tire and rims replaced and completed less than 24 hour next day it was like magic. I recommend everybody go and see Faten for the perfect service. Thank you so much. Hassan More

Had to bring my vehicle back to repair an interior leak, supposedly from the sunroof. Still is leaking. Now car is smelling musty. When I message the advisor, I get no response. I do not get a return call. I am trying to set up for drop off and service vehicle. This has been unsuccessful for the past few weeks. I'm so frustrated that I called another local dealership so that Icould finally get the issue resolved, but the appt is over a month away and I will not be provided with a service vehicle/rental. I have a full-time job and a toddler in daycare. I cannot go without a vehicle. I am frustrated that the leak has not been fixed after w attempts and I feel like I am being brushed off by the dealership now. My vehicle is just over a year old and has not been in any accidents. I've opened the sunroof less than 5 times. More
Too many pieces of your customer service are disconnected. If parts must be ordered, make sure the customer's appointment date comes BEFORE the parts arrive. And, there is NO POINT writing down customer phone numbers on forms if you're not going to pass that paperwork around. Better yet, let a service rep be the single point of contact during a service call. I should not speak with 4 reps who don't pass info to each other and have them all me the same questions each time.
