Well they are educated and everything, but should look for better mechanics. They kept my car for over a week to fix two issues, they did, at least for two days. On my way home the "fixed" failed. So I r for better mechanics. They kept my car for over a week to fix two issues, they did, at least for two days. On my way home the "fixed" failed. So I returned to the dealership and after another two days they called me to tell me they were unable to fix the problem because there was no problem with the car. lol Amazing!!! A little disappointed with the overall quality of work. .. Had the engine replaced and whatever old parts they reused were not even dusted out, giving the "f this work" vibe to the whole operation. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the service coordinator was really helpful but the actual mechanic never give me an accurate diagnosis of my car, I paid a lot of money and my car still service coordinator was really helpful but the actual mechanic never give me an accurate diagnosis of my car, I paid a lot of money and my car still doesn't work. Mechanic told me one thing then I have to come back because my cat didn't work and the 2 time the mechanic tells me is a different piece. I guess that's how they make money. More

I was not pleased when I first pulled into the service area. Several employees were playing and one kept walking in front of my car as I was trying to pull in. I told who ever that was looking for Chad. area. Several employees were playing and one kept walking in front of my car as I was trying to pull in. I told who ever that was looking for Chad. He came out and we discussed the situation. I left the car for diagnostic evaluation and waited for information. Chad was quite communicative on the issue and status. The mechanic worked diligently to get my car fixed so I could head out of town. I truly appreciate the time and efforts that Chad and the mechanic put into correcting the issues! More
