Month ago it use to be great. You give me an appointment and I was taken care on time. Now I got a 7:45 am appointment I got there at 7:15 am I was given a number by arrival time You give me an appointment and I was taken care on time. My previous experience here was absolutely horrible! I waited for almost 5 hours in the showroom while pregnant just for the service center to replace 1 tire! The entire 5 hours I was given ridiculous excuses after excuse! When I came to get the car serviced this past weekend I explained to the advisor Jeffrey that I do not want to wait another 5 hours off a 20 min at the most service. Jeffrey was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a more attentive and well managed advisor! More
