We will never again take a car to Brandon Hyundai for service. We had an 8:00 appt on Aug 9 for routine service. Our car was there 4 hours and no work was done on it. We checked on the status of our car service. We had an 8:00 appt on Aug 9 for routine service. Our car was there 4 hours and no work was done on it. We checked on the status of our car at 10:30 and again at 11:30. Just before noon, we told the service consultant to bring our car around. We were tired of waiting; we wanted to just take our car and go home. We said we'd make another appt for another day, but we have no intention of ever going back there. We didn't want to show that we were upset and frustrated with the total lack of customer service. We wanted to leave on good terms, even though we will never go there again. More
This is by far THE WORST DEALERSHIP I have EVER dealt with from the time of purchase until now. Brand new car off their lot but has been in for repairs 5 times! They never answer their phone, they don’t complete the work they said they did, and they do not have accurate records. I’ve been there twice about the recall on the roof molding and it was fixed but every time I try to book an appointment it says I have an open recall. Now I’m unsure if the roof molding was even fixed! Fix your systems and answer the phone!!!! More
