I’m a first time customer at Brandon Hyundai the check in process was very confusing. The person that checked us in didn’t explain the process well so we ended up standing outside waiting for the service ad process was very confusing. We didn’t receive any updates on the progress through the text app just a call that the car was ready. Mario was nice during the check in process that was my only interaction with him he wasn’t there when we picked the car up. More

I made an appointment at 9 am and it was 5:oo pm and my car still wasn’t even started on. I understand sometimes people run behind, so I decided to come back another day. I constantly continue to ask for any details or updates and they don’t seem to have anything. I think this is very unprofessional and the lack of communication is terrible. More

You tell it whats wrong, you get to the dealer and they have no clue why you're there so you have to explain All over again. I can go on, but, im done!! More
