No Communication! ! Until I got to the manager he was very helpful . Makes no sense why make an appointment for an oil change and my car sits for 2 hours and I look at ! Why nit make an appointment and stand by it is my thoughts nobody has time for that . The manager understood helped move my car along even though I still had to pay after care for my kids More

In the middle of a long trip and had brake issues. Stopped into Brandon Hyundai without an appointment on a Saturday and Mario immediately came out to take a look. He and Kyle (technician) addressed the issue quickly and professionally - and I was back on my way in a couple of hours. I appreciate both of them squeezing me into the packed schedule and getting me out of a jamb. Thank you Mario, Kyle and the entire Brandon Hyundai team for going above any beyond for us, especially on short-notice. Great service like this is exactly why we have 3 Hyundais in the family! More

Friendly staff and my service representative, Chas Anderson, was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, informative, and made sure that all my questions, comments and concerns were answered and resolve Anderson, was absolutely amazing. He made sure I got out of there fairly quickly -- even with it being very busy and congested with all the construction going on. I will definitely be requesting to have Chas as my continually representative from here on out! 10/10! More

The technician was very unprofessional and very condescending to women! Tried to sell thing that were totally not needed for a 2022 vehicle.
