Disappointed with service response to my concerns. Initially told two hours because there were only 2 qualified EV technicians. Put me into loaner car, said it may take up to three to four days to talk with engineers in Jorea. More
I had my car in for a regular service and had some issues pop up afterward. I was switched to Jeff Bokhoven as my service advisor and he made me feel heard and made sure everything was taken care of at no ex pop up afterward. Just got 4 new tires 1 month ago. Took my car in with low tire pressure and was told nothing was wrong and it was given back to me. Also had to pay the installation fee for the tire even though they are under warranty. More

Brian Guber continues to be an asset to this dealership. I am a disabled Veteran.
