There was no communication. My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I came in on 10/25/24 I needed an oil change. Now my car is riding bad. There was nothing said about my engine light being on. I'm not happy. I pay a lot of money for this vehicle every month. Disappointed with service response to my concerns. Initially told two hours because there were only 2 qualified EV technicians. Put me into loaner car, said it may take up to three to four days to talk with engineers in Jorea. More
