Donnie was my advisor and his communication was nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at th nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at the latest. My car was not ready by that time and Donnie did not follow up and communicate the delay with me. When I called to find out why it wasn't ready I talked to Dave because Donnie was at lunch and when I asked why I wasn't given an update Dave snapped back at me telling me "I guess Donnie just shouldn't eat!" Worst customer service ever. Mario helped me 2 weeks prior and was wonderful, communicated multiple times during my service. Mario ended up helping fix this issue when I went to the dealership. More

I requested to have Abel since he was able to solve an ongoing issue I had with my Santa Fe fortunately I still had Abel Gomez as my service advisor. Yesterday I brought my Tucson in for an oil change and Abel was professional as usual and had my vehicle ready and washed within a short period of time.
