My history with Brandon Hyundai dates back to 2014. Service has improved with new owners, but is still bad. The service manager told me he was there to protect his employees, not his customers. Policy has changed without notifying customers. New hidden service fees were added without informing me. I recommend going to Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa to buy or service your Hyundai. I have not used this Service Center. I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle was in possession I twice called the dealership to find out was going on. When the dealership failed to return both of my phone calls I drove to the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that the email was referring to the "pre delivery" inspection that was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle over two weeks prior. Now I'm being asked to rate the service that I never requested???? I'm starting to get a very bad feeling about Brandon Hyundai and my entire purchase. More

I have had numerous repairs performed on my Hyundai 2015 Sport at your service shop, each repair had and still has deficiencies.
