The service was ok-they did what I brought the car in for. However, it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested that they wash the car, but that didn't happen. I will say that since the renovations were finished, the waiting area for service was very nice and comfortable. The only reason I brought the car to this dealership is because I couldn't get an appointment at my usual dealership. More
The representative that was assigned to me was not courteous or service oriented. I realize I made appointment for 11am my doctors appointment ended earlier and since walk ins are welcomed thought I w courteous or service oriented. Rather than Donnie acknowledging me even stating that I was early and may need to wait and that he would try help he just dismissed me walked away with not even an introduction. Keep in mind I was in my car and heard the conversation between employees where he said they are early and walked away. He after very unpleasantly asked me to “wait over there” and then left. Over there? After an hour he walks by the waiting area and says oh you are waiting. Really? He never even spoke to me when he took car in. After 3.5 hrs later 2.5 from my 11am appointment I was told my car was ready. Needless to say a bad experience from the start to end. No consideration to customer. Not customer service oriented at all. More
Well the service advisor I got was not really listening to my concerns. I arrived way before my appointment and 2hrs later my vehicle was still sitting in the queue until I went to him.
