Brandon Honda - Service Center

We have been taking our cars for service to Brandon Honda since we moved to Brandon 8 years ago. We have also purchased 2 cars from Brandon Honda because we trust our service adviser that we only want him wo since we moved to Brandon 8 years ago. I would like to acknowledge the service adviser JR Disbrow for being the best at what he does. Every time I go there by myself or with my kids, he makes sure that my vehicle, myself or my kids are tak Disbrow for being the best at what he does. Every time I go there by myself or with my kids, he makes sure that my vehicle, myself or my kids are taken care of. In the many years that I have gone to Brandon Honda, I only deal with JR Disbrow. His knowledge of my vehicle is outstanding. His professionalism is incredible. I am surprised that Brandon Honda has not made him a manager by now. I tell everyone on FB that if they need their vehicle fixed, rather it be a Honda or not, to go see JR Disbrow. All my friends who have Hondas go only to JR Disbrow for the same reason. I am proud to say that over the years that I have been going to Brandon Honda to have JR Disbrow write up a ticket on my vehicle, that he is not only my service adviser, but he is also become a close friend. I originally purchased my 2006 Honda Civic from this dealership and have been in multiple times for maintenance. Every time I have gone in, JR Disbrow has been my service advisor. I specifically reque dealership and have been in multiple times for maintenance. Every time I have gone in, JR Disbrow has been my service advisor. I specifically request him by name, and for a very good reason. He does an amazing job making sure all of my concerns are addressed, and ensuring my vehicle is safe for me to drive with my children. I truly appreciate the way JR goes out of his way, and treats me like I am more than just a vehicle coming in for service. He realizes my children ride in that vehicle and safety, as well as convenience is a priority. The dealership has been great with their shuttle service. One thing I have told anyone who has asked, my Honda itself has not been without issues - there have been recalls, etc. HOWEVER, the service department and JR, my service advisor at Brandon Honda, have been without equal - I would purchase another Honda simply based on the excellent service I have received from JR and from this dealerships service department. JR as my service advisor is the reason why I would purchase another Honda, and why I continue to drive mine. More
