Came for service but bought a car! I was walking around the showroom, waiting on my car to be serviced and Metin Cihaner came up and started talking to me. I really didn't want to deal with Brandon Honda again. I had only owned my 2014 CRV for about 9 mos. and felt I didn't get the features or color I wanted and still didn't know what or how to use the features I had. It wasn't a good experience. I needed the CRV to transport my disabled husband's walker/wheelchair and to be able to get him in and out easily. My CRV had nothing electronic. The seats were difficlut to manually move and I gave up my electric lift gate with my trade. Ugh! I asked if the electric back gate could be added to my "Plain Jane" 2014 CRV and was told No. After talking with Metin, and asking if he could find me a used CRV with the features I needed, he went to work immediately. He knew the inventory and gave me choices (something I was not given on my first visit/purchase at Brandon Honda). In any case, today, I ended up with a nice CRV, same model, same year, with alot of electronic features, BUT, unfortunately no electic lift gate. The electric lift gate would have been the icing on the cake for loading his wheelchair, but I'm still happy . The only regret, even though I didn't have to pay any money out of pocket, I am paying more monthly and I had to re-purchase my extended warranty. I only wish the warranty had transferred to the new purchase, without added cost... but the car is good and Metin was a great person to deal with. I've already handed out his card to 2 of my neighbors AND I intend to find him a girlfriend! Ok, Zues, if you want to look over this deal and find me a better payment, please go for it... that would really make me the happiest EVER and your BEST behind the scenes salesperson in this area! excellent customer care I was in bad situation with a tire that was going flat (I hit a curb) and was over 20 miles from home. It was Friday at rush hour and I would not be able to make it only a few miles on my tire that was leaking air rapidly so I was only about 4 miles from this dealership. I called and they said to come right over- I had no appt and the place was packed but I was greeted with very pleasant people that acknowledged me as soon as I pulled in and got my information and got a work order written up. They had a lot of cars ahead of me so they asked if I needed a ride or a loaner car. What great customer service! From the service team(Jeremy) to Melissa at the cashier desk I was very happy with this dealership, as well as Chris in sales who came up to me and asked how he could help me. I will most likely purchase my next Honda at this location. More

I mean it could be months that I've been there and or she could be multi tasking behind the desk and still be pleasant to me or others that Ive seen her help. She always goes the extra mile and takes the time to explain my charges for service when i need explaining, and she is just a pleasant person that makes a visit to Brandon Honda a pleasant one. Personally they are all very nice in that department as they are in service. I believe people who take the time to make you feel good as she does makes all the difference in the world for repeat business whether purchasing a car or waiting for service. Thank you! More

Service review Heath was my service advisor. Very professional and attentive. I arrived at 8am and he said I should have some feedback on my warranty work by about Heath was my service advisor. Very professional and attentive. I arrived at 8am and he said I should have some feedback on my warranty work by about 9:15. I checked with him at about 10:15 since I hadn't heard anything, and he was still waiting on info from the service dept. He let me know what was happening at about 10:30, and I was on the road by about 11:15 or so. Also, car wash was down, but I wasn't expecting it to be washed before I arrived. Overall, very good experience. More
