I have been a Brandon Honda customer for the last seven year I have been with Brandon Honda since I moved to Brandon Florida 7 years ago. Their service has been exceptional even when my car was in an accident an I have been with Brandon Honda since I moved to Brandon Florida 7 years ago. Their service has been exceptional even when my car was in an accident and I wasn't very happy since this is the first new car I had ever bought. They took care of all that and I never had to deal with the other insurance company, because they took care of that as well. My car has not ever been serviced any where else nor will it be. I have everything I need in one place!! The staff has always been very responsive and made sure all my needs met. This includes shuttle service which is great since I don't want to sit for too long. Excellent after sales service! I must mention Rachel Christie who is one the service advisors has been excellent whenever I am out at the sevice center. Quick and courteous I brought my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While talking to the service advisor I mention a small noise coming from the window when it we I brought my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. Once the service was completed the service advisor I was working with informed me they needed to order a part for the window.
