Check-in with a friendly service representative who reviewed the service request and bill prior to checkout was great. All I had to do when van was ready in less than 1 hour was pay and get the keys from an attendant who was bringing the van from a complimentary wash. The waiting room had comfortable chairs, a full snack bar, TV and magazines. Will definitely be back for the next oil change. More
