I brought my van in for an oil change and was in and out in 45 minutes. I am always happy with the quality of work, the customer service (it is top notch) and the efficiency. However, I did miss my usual in 45 minutes. I am always happy with the quality of work, the customer service (it is top notch) and the efficiency. However, I did miss my usual service technician Jason Hunter, as he is no longer there. I have dealt with him for over 2 years and he was always upfront and honest. He was very personable and a great representative of Brandon Honda. I do hope that Tim will be as good as Jason. More
This is my third vehicle from Brandon Honda. They are always courteous and professional, willing to do whatever it takes to take care of any problem. I mostly do my own service work on my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. However, my knowledge mostly only goes as far as doing oil changes, air filters, and other basic things. I took my car to have it's oil done this time so that I could have them inspect my brakes while I was there at no extra charge. While I was waiting I also went to the parts desk and inquired about how much the brakes would cost me to buy and install myself. The man who helped me was very courteous and not only gave me the price but also a diagram that shows the assembly of the brakes front and rear. I had no appointment and it still only took 45 minutes to get it all done and while I waited they had on the Rays game. Very good service. More
I was traveling north from Punta Gorda on May 5 when my bluetooth would not work. It screeched every time I tried to use it. My GPS showed your dealership as the closest so I stopped at your dealership a bluetooth would not work. It screeched every time I tried to use it.
