Amazing service!! I brought me Honda Ridgeline in to get recall work done. With-in minutes Bob Hovorka took over and when I asked if they can do a oil change he not onl I brought me Honda Ridgeline in to get recall work done. Fast accurate and friendly Russ Crump was very friendly and got my MDX in and out quickly after we found out it needed a new alternator. Excellent I was a walk-in for the service department. A very nice gentleman named Moak greeted me, and assisted me with getting my car serviced. Moak listened t I was a walk-in for the service department. A very nice gentleman named Moak greeted me, and assisted me with getting my car serviced. Moak listened to my concerns, made sure the things I wanted to be taken care of were done, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He even went and got my car from where I'd parked it in the dealership lot and pulled it into the service line, and then gave me an estimated time frame for completion of work. After the work was completed and I was walking over with him to pay my bill I'd mentioned I was now on the way to the car wash, and next thing I knew, Moak had that taken care of right away as well. Definitely had a great experience, and Moak is great dealing with customer service and definitely an asset to the company. More

30,000 mile service My 2015 Civic Lx was due for the 30,000 transmission service. I only wanted the drain and fill of 3 quarts of CVT fluid. Several other services were a My 2015 Civic Lx was due for the 30,000 transmission service. I only wanted the drain and fill of 3 quarts of CVT fluid. Several other services were applied which I subsequently denied. This is not the fault of the Service Advisor. I made it clear when the appointment was made that I only wanted the one service. The "recommended" services were too expensive and mostly unnecessary. Augustine was very professional and helpful and I will schedule future appointments with him. More
