Mr. Disbrow has consistently been helpful in assisting me to determine how to prioritize the various service work items I've needed and has always been able to knowledgeably answer any question I've had. I can drive my Civic with the utmost confidence because I know he communicates so well with the mechanics, is knowledgeable about the work done, how the car is made, as well as any recalls which might affect my vehicle. He is thorough. I've also seen Mr. Disbrow courteously and professionally handle several customers at the same time - quite an asset for any workplace - and certainly for all of his customers. I have been going to Brandon Honda for 5 years now and he is the only service adviser I go to. He came highly recommended by a friend of the family Joan Bell who is also a faithful customer of JR. He knows my car and what it needs. When other customers come in while attending me he does not ignore them. In fact, he acknowledges them also and lets them know he will be right with them so that they know he is aware of their arrival. I brought my van in for an oil change and was in and out in 45 minutes. I am always happy with the quality of work, the customer service (it is top notch) and the efficiency. I mostly do my own service work on my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. However, my knowledge mostly only goes as far as doing oil changes, air filters, and other basic things. I took my car to have it's oil done this time so that I could have them inspect my brakes while I was there at no extra charge. While I was waiting I also went to the parts desk and inquired about how much the brakes would cost me to buy and install myself. The man who helped me was very courteous and not only gave me the price but also a diagram that shows the assembly of the brakes front and rear. I had no appointment and it still only took 45 minutes to get it all done and while I waited they had on the Rays game. Very good service. More
I was traveling north from Punta Gorda on May 5 when my bluetooth would not work. It screeched every time I tried to use it.
