My family and I are long time customers of Honda.We bought our cars from this company,and are very please with the services. At one time there was a recall of my airbags and steering wheel problem,alth bought our cars from this company,and are very please with the services. At one time there was a recall of my airbags and steering wheel problem,although we were notified in writing,JR took the time to contact us, and this have left a lasting impression on our family.Mr Disbrow is also professional and efficient,very honest, and friendly.The first time we knew that we could have gotten a courtesy car wash along with our car service was from him.In the height of summer,when my window got stuck and i needed it fixed,JR squeezed me in, because i had just had surgery,and could not take the heat.Every three months when we get our oil change done, JR takes the time to explain every concern, no matter how many times he have to answer the same question.We have reccommended my of our friends to Honda services and they wre all impressed with him. Thank you Honda for MR Disbrow, it is nice to know when you are worried where your car is concerned,there is always a friendly, honest,kind and patient service adviser at your service. More

This Eemployee is the best! I believe he goes above and beyond the call of his duty. For starters as soon as I drive up and he spots me if he is not with a customer he immediately comes out. I bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite van and am very happy with it. When I take it in for service or to have some questions answered I go directly to JR Disbrow.
