I came in to the dealership for a repair on my current civic and as I was waiting, I started to look at new cars. Alexandy found the exact car I was looking for and we took it for a spin. I was sold! I came in on Sunday June 30, 2013 to use my free oil change coupon on my 08 Honda. I was assigned to Hanani as my service representative. After my oil change was complete he brought me a list of items t change coupon on my 08 Honda. I was assigned to Hanani as my service representative. After my oil change was complete he brought me a list of items that the maintenance team felt my car needed in order to function at full capacity. My subtotal came to about 600.00. At first I was astonished as I was only really planning on getting a oil change and leaving for the afternoon. He made the process so seamless, and created a priority list of what items really needed to be handled today to help with the shock of the cost. He explained each item, and broke down the price and the purpose. He was able to use the coupons I provided to give me a great deal, and his positive attitude made me not want to go anywhere else. With his help I was able to get everything done the same day for an affordable price, and he even through in lunch at the cafe. He is the epitome of customer service, and although I do not live close to Brandon at all I will continue to come to the dealership for maintenance because of his positive attitude, great sense of humor, and exceptional customer service. I came in for my 1 year service and Bo Engel sold me a new 2013 Honda Civic. Wasn't planning on buying a new car but he made it work! He was very nice and helpful!
