They have always been friendly and up front with what needs to be done. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and had a very good experience with my salesman (Mohomad Essa) and I have continued to have a good experience with their service department. More

Customer Service My visit was an average visit. The reason I say that is with my previous car and experience with 2 other dealerships there is definitely a differenc My visit was an average visit. The reason I say that is with my previous car and experience with 2 other dealerships there is definitely a difference in the overall friendliness through out the building. The other employees moving around the waiting area, which are many, don't acknowledge anyone. As far as the service person Richard he was nice. Only had oil change so didn't need much interaction. Also felt the waiting area is very uncomfortable, dirty and loud. I would suggest that Brandon Honda spend sometime on making their current customers feel comfortable when waiting for service. More

I had an issue with some Continental tires that were out of warrantee and she went above and beyond what I could have expected and negotiated a resolution with Continental that was beyond my expectations. Used car purchase -- needed service on 1st day I purchased a used 2006 Honda CR-V, drove it home. The next day I had a lot of trouble right off the bat with the engine light coming on, but after c I purchased a used 2006 Honda CR-V, drove it home. The next day I had a lot of trouble right off the bat with the engine light coming on, but after calling and talking to a few different people, I am happy with the repair -- at no cost to me. It took a week to get the right part and finally get my car back, but I was given a free rental and am pleased with the final outcome. My service person, Roger Cabrera is not listed below. More
Truly Routine Service A month ago, May, 2017, I took my 2016 Pilot in for it's routine ten thousand mile inspection and adjustments, if needed. Alison Westrate, the Assist A month ago, May, 2017, I took my 2016 Pilot in for it's routine ten thousand mile inspection and adjustments, if needed. Alison Westrate, the Assistant Service Manager handled may inspection and informed me of what would routinely be done and what I may possibly need after further inspection. Well, after about 45 mins. Ms. Westrate came to the waiting room to inform me that all was great with my Pilot, they changed my oil, capped off my fluids, informed me of some areas they my want to check further at my next, routinely scheduled, appointment, washed the car and my wife and I were on our way home. Brandon Honda's definition of "routine" is other dealerships going the extra mile but that's what Brandon Honda does ALL the time, go the extra mile for their customers, so for them...it's routine and I thank them and will continue to buy the Honda product from them and recommend Brandon Honda to EVERYONE! More
