Commitment to Service I take my car in whenever the wrench appears on my dashboard. I rely on the service representative to recommend what needs to be done at the best cos I take my car in whenever the wrench appears on my dashboard. I rely on the service representative to recommend what needs to be done at the best cost. Since I purchased the Gold Plus Car Care Service Plan, I expected all items to be covered. Hence the argument over why I should pay $25.00 for windsheild wipers and another charge for cabin filter. Danny Bent did everything he could to keep me happy, including covering the charges and throwng in a detail job. But I did read the contract later and even though the list of things is as long as my arm, windsheild wipers not there. So I am wrong and will get these items from a cheaper source. However, thanks to Danny I feel like a valued customer, and thanks to all the folks at Brandon Honda for keeping my car experiences positive. More
